How Pricing Works:

The base package starts at $1,800 and includes up to 5 custom pages with standard features (about, services, contact, etc.).

Price increases based on:

- Number of pages (6-8 pages: add $200-600)

- E-commerce setup with product styling (add $600)

- Advanced integrations (booking systems, membership areas, etc.: add $300-500)

- Blog design and setup (add $400)

- Custom forms or interactive elements (add $200-400)

Common Questions About Website Design

Do I need to provide all the text and images, or can you help with that?

You provide the core content (your story, your services, your photos), but guidance is included on what's needed and how to organize it. If you need copywriting help, that's available as an add-on.

Can I update the website myself after it's done?

Yes! That's the whole point of using Squarespace or Wix. Both platforms are user-friendly, and you'll get a training session showing you how to make updates. Plus you have a month of post-launch support if you get stuck.

 What if I don't have professional photos?

We can work with what you have—iPhone photos are fine if they're well-lit and clear. Stock photos can be used strategically. If you need photography direction, that's available as an add-on.

How many revisions do I get?

The package includes 3 rounds of revisions (one per week during the design phase). Most projects don't need more than that, but additional revisions can be added if needed.

What's the difference between Squarespace and Wix?

Both are great platforms. Squarespace tends to have more design flexibility and looks more polished out of the box. Wix has more apps and integrations available. We'll discuss which makes more sense for your specific needs during the consultation.

Do you offer hosting?

Squarespace and Wix both include hosting as part of their monthly subscription (around $16-$40/month depending on plan). You'll pay them directly for hosting—it's not included in the design fee.

Can you work with my existing domain name?

Yes. If you already own a domain (like yourbusiness.com), we can connect it to your new Squarespace or Wix site. If you need to purchase a domain, we'll guide you through that too.

What if I need changes after the first month?

Minor tweaks are always welcome via email. Larger updates or ongoing maintenance can be handled through the monthly retainer ($200/month) or on a project basis.

Do you work with clients outside NYC?

Yes! Most projects are done remotely via email and video calls. Based in NYC but working with clients everywhere.
