SHIPPING & RETURNS

Original Artwork

Originals ship from Astoria, Queens. Paintings are carefully packaged flat or rolled (depending on size) with protective materials. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Most domestic orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. International shipping is available — delivery times vary by destination.

All sales of original artwork are final. Because each piece is one of a kind, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact kelly@funabashi.studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Prints

Prints are produced on demand and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.


Because prints are made to order, returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact kelly@funabashi.studio within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will coordinate a replacement through our fulfillment partner.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out at kelly@funabashi.studio. We'll help track it down and figure out next steps.
